Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Site Superintendent to oversee the completion of interior finishes on one of our mid – high-rise residential project. The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising all finishing activities to ensure high quality and adherence to design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution.
• Overseeing all aspects of interior finishing including scheduling and resource planning to ensure efficient project execution.
• Proactively identify issues, risks and challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
• Review drawings for errors and constructability.
• Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures and safety requirements are being followed.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent to direct and manage project team members.
• Implementing quality control, conducting inspections and addressing defects or issues promptly.
• Overseeing final inspections and the handover of completed works.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Site Supervisor in mid – high-rise residential projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Familiar with construction management software and project scheduling tools.

The expected base pay range is: $110,000-$120,000. The base pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
