One of Vaughan Metropolitan Centre\u2019s (VMC) largest developers,\u00a0SmartCentres, just announced the launch of their newest offering- the much-awaited, luxury condos, Park Place. And registrations for bookings are now open. YAY, indeed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project featuring two high-rises will tower over the Highway 7-Jane Street intersection. It\u2019s part of SmartCentres\u2019 pedestrian-focused, transit-connected and master-planned community, SmartVMC. The 100-acre community at the core of DT Vaughan is now an urban cultural hub, commerce centre and recreational hotspot brimming with modern conveniences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
